Novo Mel

Novo Mel's honey products uses only the highest and best quality Brazilian Green Propolis. Why use Brazilian Green Propolis? Well the product contains many beneficial health properties such as anti tumor and cytotoxic substances. There are still on-going studies to find out more about this substance. Up to date, there are more than 100 individual compounds, most of them being aromatic and phenolic compounds, in this respect, brazilian propolis is different from its European, Asian and North American counter parts.

A strict production process which follows the world standard of food processing, these processes includes HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FSSP (Food Safety Standard Program).
